Challenge Foundation Goulburn only accepts applications that have been completed with all relevant documents attached. Prior to commencing your application we suggest that you have the following documentation ready to include in your Employment Application:

  • Employment Application Form - Must be included in all applications
  • Resume
  • 100 points of identification (This could include: Driver’s License, birth certificate, Medicare card)
  • National Criminal Record Check History certificate ( Completed within the last 12 months)

If your application is successful you will also need to provide the following documentation:

  • Driver’s license, insurance & registration if applicable
  • Any qualifications relevant to the position you apply for
  • Permanent Residency or Citizenship if applicable
  • Working Visa if applicable
